Juan Paparella (b. 1965) is an Argentinean artist currently living and working in Belgium. His black and white photographs are mounted to aluminum and hand painted to add impermeable depth to the composition, and to further isolate the figure in the image. His work has been exhibited internationally, and resides in permanent collection such as The Art Institute of Chicago.
